EPA Region 4

The objective of this project was to increase the resilience of rural recycling in EPA Region 4, led by a cohort of three rural areas in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. UGA conducted CAP, analysis, synthesis, and interventions in 3 rural communities in the Southeast, along with sharing data on a digital platform.
